1. About these terms
These terms cover the website: its pages, forms and text messages. Staffing work for an employer is covered by the written agreement the employer signs with us, and a worker's employment is covered by the paperwork they sign when they're hired. Where those differ from these terms, they control.
2. Our services and this website
- We supply workers to warehouses, plants, production floors and other employers in Michigan, from Southfield across Metro Detroit. The website describes those services; it is not an offer to fill any particular order.
- A quote, bill rate or start date becomes binding only when it is agreed in writing.
- Times on the website, such as a manager usually getting back to you within a couple of hours, describe what is typical. Busy periods and large orders can add time; when you call, we'll tell you what to expect for your order.
3. Applying for work
- Jobs, roles and pay described on the website are examples of the work we fill, not an offer of employment. Applying doesn't guarantee a job or an assignment.
- Please give accurate information in your application. Don't send your Social Security number, date of birth, ID numbers or criminal history through the website; we never ask for them there.

4. General information, not advice
Our articles, guides, checklists and answers are general information to help employers and job seekers. They are not legal, tax, payroll or human resources advice, and they can't account for the details of your business or your situation. For advice about your own case, talk to a professional.
5. Text message terms
- The program: text messages from RHO Hiring about the request or job application you sent us.
- How you join: by choosing "Text me" when a form asks how we should contact you. Text is never chosen for you, and you don't need it to get help or to apply.
- What we send: updates about your request or application, such as questions about the roles or shifts, interview times and scheduling. Messages may be sent with automated technology. We don't send marketing texts or job ads by text.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request or application.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text confirming that you've opted out, and no more after that. You can also tell us on a call or by email.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or call 248-843-0000, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number: give only a mobile number that is yours or that you're allowed to use, and tell us if it changes.
How we handle your number and the record of your choice is described in our privacy policy. We never share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone else for their own marketing.
6. Using the website
Please give accurate information in our forms and send only your own information, or information you're allowed to share. Don't use the website to send spam, try to break into it or overload it, copy it with automated tools, or do anything unlawful.
7. Our content and other companies' names
The text, design, pictures and films on this website belong to RHO or are used with permission, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Many pictures and films are illustrations made or edited with AI tools (see the privacy policy). Names of other staffing agencies, employers, government agencies and other businesses belong to their owners; we use them only to describe what we do or to compare, and their use doesn't mean those businesses endorse or are affiliated with RHO. Where an article ranks staffing agencies, the ranking is our own opinion.

Links to other websites are for your convenience. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
9. The website is provided as is
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, RHO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law or under your written agreement with us.
10. Michigan law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute about the website will be handled by the courts in Oakland County, Michigan, unless the law says otherwise.
