Staffing agency partnerships for Michigan companies
A staffing agency partnership with RHO Hiring gives your company employees to assign to clients when their workload exceeds your staff capacity. We work with companies that serve other businesses, as well as other staffing companies. This way we can staff each other's clients and share large orders we cannot accommodate by ourselves. Call (248) 843-0000 to meet the owners.

Why we partner with other companies
Much work performed in Michigan is for another company's customer. A cleaning company lands a distribution center contract. A landscaping firm takes on a large commercial property for the season. A logistics firm signs a customer that doubles its volume. All of a sudden they each need people they don't have, often for a specific number of weeks.
That's where your staffing partner comes in. We at RHO provide the labor: we learn the site-specific workflow, shifts and volume, match people to it and prepare them for the expectations of the site before they set foot there. You maintain your client relationship and get the project done. And when our clients need your specialized skill set, we send them your way.
Partnerships are already part of how RHO works. Our figures count 48 large facilities served with partners, and we work alongside our sister companies, RCO Cleaning and RMO Mitigation & Restoration, who share our office in Southfield.
Companies that make good partners
Cleaning and janitorial companies
Whether it's a new contract for a plant or warehouse, a post-construction cleanup or a large one-time job, you can outgrow your crew. RHO provides general laborers for the duration of the project while your supervisors manage the work.
Facility services companies
Building operators have moves, setups, material handling and seasonal crunch times. When you need extra help to cover those needs, RHO provides the general labor, on the shifts you need it. So you can say yes to your customers.
Landscaping and grounds companies
Seasonal cleanups, big commercial accounts and busy seasons all require temporary extra help for several weeks. RHO provides general laborers for the season or project, so you don't have to hire for temporary work.
Logistics companies and 3PLs
Your dock requires order pickers, packers, loading teams and forklift operators when you sign a new customer or experience peak season. RHO staffs those positions for day, night and weekend shifts so that a new customer doesn't turn into a hiring frenzy.
Construction-related companies
Contractors, installers and site-service companies many times require general laborers to clean up sites and handle materials and staging around their crews. Let us know what you need and we'll truthfully tell you what we can provide.
Other staffing agencies
Some orders exceed the capacity of a single agency, or request coverage for more shifts and jobs than one agency has workers available for. Agencies can split large orders, each providing an agreed portion of the requested crew, so the client gets the full crew it asked for.
Our sister companies, RCO and RMO
RCO Cleaning (commercial cleaning, 248-849-0000) and RMO Mitigation & Restoration (water, fire and mold restoration, 248-845-0000) share our office at 18000 W 9 Mile Rd, Suite 520, Southfield. We cross-introduce customers to one another. If one of their jobs needs workers, we send some from RHO.
How does a partnership start?
- 01
Request a meeting
Complete the form below or call 248-843-0000. Describe your company and the type of work your clients are hiring people for.
- 02
Meet the owners
Meet one of RHO's owners (Vadym Makovey, Jackson Siersma or George Makovey) at our Southfield office by appointment, at your place or by phone. We find out how you work and what your projects look like.
- 03
Agree how we'll work together
We agree on how you receive your orders, who communicates with the client, what roles and shifts are typically needed for your projects and how much lead time you typically have on a project. Each partnership is built around the partner.
- 04
Staff the first project
We begin with a single project. RHO learns the site specifics, matches employees to the project and prepares them prior to arrival, and assigns a dedicated management team to stay with the account. Your second project is easier because now we know how you do business.
How a partnership can work
- Cleaning + staffing
A cleaning company takes on a large contract
For instance, a commercial cleaning contractor lands a job cleaning a large distribution center and they need additional manpower during nights for the first several weeks. RHO provides general laborers tailored to that shift, the cleaning contractor's supervisors manage the work and when the start-up phase is over, the crew scales back down.
- Logistics + staffing
A 3PL signs a new customer
For instance, a logistics firm adds a customer who will start volume three weeks from now. RHO learns their workflow, shifts and volume and staffs order pickers, packers and forklift operators for those new shifts, enabling the logistics company to provide its customer what it committed to.
- Agency + agency
Two agencies share one large order
Say for instance a staffing firm receives an order for a complete second shift at a plant. They have more positions than they can cover by themselves. The staffing agencies agree ahead of time who will fill what roles, and RHO fills its designated spots, allowing the plant to receive the team it requested.

What do you get as a partner?
Room to say yes to bigger projects
You may take on a contract that requires more personnel than you have without hiring for a short-term job.
Workers prepared for the site
Employees are vetted for dependability and conscientiousness. They receive safety training prior to starting. We also prep them for what to expect on their first shift.
A management team on the account
One management team remains on the account to resolve issues quickly, so you're not juggling staffing on top of the project.
Quick answers
Fast quotes, and when you send a request, you will receive a call from a manager. Normally within a couple of hours.
Clients sent your way
If RHO has clients who need what you provide, we refer them to you. Mutual partnership is a two-way street.
The owners, not a head office
You speak directly with the owners. Partnership decisions are made here in Southfield by the individuals who met with you.
Why Michigan companies partner with RHO Hiring
Companies partner with RHO Hiring because they work with the owners. We are locally owned and operated out of Southfield, Michigan by co-founders Vadym Makovey and Jackson Siersma as well as CEO George Makovey. We are not a franchise.
Being small makes partnering easy. There's no headquarters to run a new partner past and no tiers between you and the decision-makers. The principals meet you, form the partnership and remain accessible long after it starts. "We, as owners, come in and work directly with our clients," says Vadym. That's how we work with our partners too.
Small is about who you work with. RHO currently has over 100 employees on assignment throughout Michigan and over 7 years of experience providing workers. We share our office at 18000 W 9 Mile Rd, Suite 520, Southfield, with our sister companies, RCO Cleaning and RMO Mitigation & Restoration, and meetings there are by appointment.

What kinds of companies partner with RHO?
Businesses looking to staff projects for their clients, such as cleaning, facility services, landscaping, logistics and construction-related companies, and other staffing agencies looking for assistance with large volume orders. Our sister companies, RCO Cleaning and RMO Mitigation & Restoration, work with us too. If you're not sure your company fits, request a meeting and we'll talk it through.
What roles can RHO fill for a partner's project?
Primarily general labor as well as the warehouse and production positions we fill daily: general labor, order pickers, packers, loading crews, forklift drivers, machine operators, assembly and QC. Give us the job, and we'll truthfully let you know how many we can fill and how quickly.
Who directs the workers on a partner's project?
We agree on it before commencing the first project. Typically your foremen manage the work on site as they normally would with their own workers and RHO remains responsible for the staffing aspect: allocating employees to the project, readying them for the site and resolving issues via a dedicated management team.
Can another staffing agency share a large order with RHO?
Yes. If an order is too large for one agency to handle, agencies can split an order. We coordinate ahead of time who provides what roles or shifts so the customer receives one full crew.
Where does RHO provide workers?
The majority of our work takes place in Metro Detroit: Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties. We can service anywhere in Michigan.
Who do I call to set up a staffing partnership in Michigan?
