The industrial staffing process behind every Michigan placement

Our industrial staffing process begins with your phone call. A manager learns your floor, then we screen and select people based on dependability and attention to detail, train them in safety before their first day and maintain a team on the account. RHO Hiring is locally owned in Southfield, MI, and uses this process for every staffing service we provide. Call us at (248) 843-0000.

What do employers ask about how RHO works?

What are the steps of the staffing process?

At RHO Hiring there are four: your request, the match, onboarding and the first day, then management on your floor. A manager calls back, usually within a couple of hours, and quotes. Workers are screened, confirmed and trained on safety before day one, and a team then handles call-offs, feedback and head count changes.

How can you tell if a staffing agency is legitimate?

Watch how it works before the first shift. A sound agency asks about your floor before it quotes, explains how it screens and matches workers, agrees with you on who handles which safety training, gives you a named contact and puts its terms in writing. Our guide on how to choose a staffing agency lists the questions.

Are temporary workers covered by workers' compensation?

Yes. While a worker is on assignment, RHO Hiring is the employer, and the hourly bill rate covers the worker's wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation and RHO's service. If someone is hurt, the worker reports it to the site supervisor right away, and the worker and the supervisor both tell RHO the same day.

What happens after you call RHO?

One call. Workers who are matched to your specific floor. A team that stays on the account.
