We are RHO Hiring. We are a staffing company. We provide employees to employers in Michigan, mostly warehouses, distribution centers, factories and production floors. We have been placing employees for over 7 years. Our official name is RHO Hiring LLC, a Michigan company.
RHO is an acronym that stands for Responsible Hiring Organization. The R is intentional: when we send a worker to your facility, we are responsible for that placement, from the initial phone call to their very last shift. Our mission and values explain what that looks like on your floor.
RHO is owned by its three owners, Vadym Makovey, George Makovey and Jackson Siersma, and shares its office with its sister companies, RCO Cleaning and RMO Mitigation & Restoration. RCO, RMO, and RHO all operate out of 18000 W 9 Mile Rd in Southfield. And all three businesses serve the workplaces of Michigan: RCO cleans commercial buildings, RMO restores buildings after water, fire and mold damage, and RHO provides the people who keep warehouses stocked and production lines going.

RHO has three owners who operate the company out of RHO's office in Southfield. The decisions that are made with regard to your account are made here in-house by individuals that you can meet.

Office location: 18000 W 9 Mile Rd, Suite 520, Southfield, MI 48075. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment only. We fill local positions with local Michigan candidates and can provide Michigan-wide staffing.
