Summary
- We collect what you send us in our forms (such as your name, phone number and the workers you need, or the work you're looking for) so we can answer your request or your job application.
- We never ask job seekers for a Social Security number, date of birth, ID numbers, criminal history or any trait protected by law.
- We call you, or text you only if you chose text messages. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
- The website counts visits without cookies and without storing your IP address.
- We don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share your phone number for anyone else's marketing.
- To see, correct or delete your information, email info@rhohiring.com or call 248-843-0000.
1. What we collect
What you send us
Our forms ask only for what we need to help you:
- Request for workers: your name and phone number, and if you choose to give them, your email, company, the facility's address, the kind of facility, the roles you need, how many people, the start date, how you'd like to hire, and the shifts and other details.
- Call-back request: your name and phone number, and if you choose to give them, your company and the facility's city.
- Job application: your name and phone number, and if you choose to give them, your email, the city you live in, the work you're looking for, your experience in it, the shifts you can work, when you could start, the equipment you can run and your work history. There is no résumé upload.
- Partnership meeting request: your name, company and phone number, and if you choose to give them, your email, your industry, how you'd like to work together and how you'd like to meet.
- Job alerts: your email address.
With each form we also keep how you chose to be contacted (a call or text messages), the page you sent it from, the date and time, and the result of an automated check that the form was sent by a person and not a program. If you chose text messages, we keep the exact wording you agreed to (see section 4).
What we never ask for
Our website never asks for your Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license or other ID numbers, criminal history, or your race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, height, weight, marital or family status, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other trait protected by law. Please don't include them in a form or a message. Paperwork the law requires for every new employee comes later, only once you're hired, and not through this website.
RHO Hiring LLC is an equal opportunity employer. We consider every applicant without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity or expression), age, height, weight, marital or familial status, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other status protected by federal, Michigan or local law. If you need an accommodation to apply, call 248-843-0000 and we'll take your application another way. See our equal opportunity commitment.
When you call, text, email or visit us
We keep what you tell us so we can do the work: for an employer, the roles, shifts, site rules and contacts for your account; for a job seeker, the work you want, your availability and your experience, and notes from your interview and your assignments.
What the website records on its own
- Visit statistics: which pages are viewed, taps on our phone number, forms sent, the name of the website you came from, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), your type of device and browser, and your approximate city, region and country. The place is worked out by our hosting provider from your connection; we don't store your IP address. See section 6.
- Site performance: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and loading speed without cookies.
- Bot protection: when a form is sent, Vercel BotID checks signals from your browser to stop automated spam. A hidden field and the time a form takes to fill in are checked for the same reason.
- Server logs: like every website, our hosting provider briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
2. How we use it
- To answer your request: to call, email or (if you chose it) text you, prepare a quote, and supply the workers you hire us for.
- To consider your job application, match you with assignments that fit the work and shifts you want, and contact you about them.
- To set up the partnership meeting you asked for.
- To send the job alerts you signed up for.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the website.
- To keep the website and our forms safe from spam, fraud and attacks.
- To keep the records the law requires, and to protect our legal rights.
We don't sell personal information, we don't share it for targeted advertising, we don't show ads on this website, and we don't use your information for automated decisions about you. People at RHO, not software, decide which job seekers to put forward for an assignment.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as described here:
- Companies that run the website and our phones for us: Vercel (hosting, visit statistics and bot protection), Supabase (the database where form entries are stored), Resend (sending our emails) and Nextiva (our business phone and text messaging service; we may also use other phone and messaging services, or our staff's phones, to reach you). They handle the information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms.
- Employers we staff, if you apply for work: to put you forward for an assignment, we may share your name, the work and shifts you want, and your relevant experience with an employer whose facility we staff. We do this only to place you in work.
- Our sister companies, RCO Cleaning and RMO Mitigation & Restoration, only when you ask us to involve them.
- Others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of RHO, our clients, our workers or others.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized; this policy would continue to apply to your information.
We never share your mobile phone number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone else for their own marketing.
4. Calls and text messages
Our request, call-back, job application and partnership forms ask how you'd like us to contact you: a phone call or text messages, one or the other. Text is never chosen for you, and you don't have to choose it to get help or to apply. If you choose text messages, you agree to receive texts from RHO about your request (or your application), which may be sent with automated technology. We don't send marketing texts or job ads by text. Either way, we may also email you about it if you gave us your email address.
We keep a record of your choice: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you were on, and your name and phone number. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, by telling us on a call, or by emailing us. The full terms for our text messages, including how often we text and how to get help, are in our Terms of Use.
5. Emails
When you send a form with your email address, we email you a confirmation, and our team may email you about your request or application. If you sign up for job alerts, we email you when we're hiring and when we have news worth your time. To stop job alerts, reply to any of them and say so, or email info@rhohiring.com. Every email we send includes our name and our office address.
6. Cookies and visit statistics
The public pages of this website don't use cookies, so visitors get none. Our private staff sign-in at /admin, which only our own team uses, sets essential cookies that keep staff signed in. To count visits, the site keeps a random number in your browser tab's temporary storage, which is cleared when you close the tab; it doesn't identify you and isn't used on other websites. After you send a form, a short summary of it (your first name, your email and how you chose to be contacted) is kept in the same temporary storage, only to show it on the thank-you page. Visits by search engines and other automated programs aren't counted.
Because we don't track you across websites, we don't change anything in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; there is nothing to turn off.
7. How long we keep it
- Requests that became a client account, and the emails about them: for the account and our tax and business records, generally up to seven years after the account ends.
- Requests that didn't become an account, and partnership requests: up to three years.
- Job applications: up to two years, or longer if the law requires it. If we hire you, your employment records are kept as the law requires.
- Records of your agreement to receive texts, and of opting out: at least five years after our last text to you, so we can show that we followed your choice.
- Visit statistics: up to 25 months.
- Job alerts: until you unsubscribe.
After that we delete the information, or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.
8. How we protect it
Our website uses an encrypted connection. Form entries are stored in a database that the public website can add to but can't read; only a small number of our staff can see them, and they sign in with a password and a code from an authenticator app on their phone. No system is completely secure, so please don't send us bank details, Social Security numbers or medical information through the website.
9. Your choices and rights
- See, correct or delete: email info@rhohiring.com or call 248-843-0000, and tell us what you'd like. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we'll answer within 45 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as a record that you asked us to stop texting you.
- Stop text messages: reply STOP to any text, or tell us.
- Stop job alerts: reply to any of them and say so.
We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of there. If you live in a state that gives you more privacy rights, contact us the same way and we'll honor them.
10. Children
This website is meant for adults. We place workers who are 18 or older, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Pictures and films made with AI
We may use pictures and films created or edited with artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and many of the pictures and films on this website were made that way, to illustrate our services, our office and the kind of work our people do. Unless an image is described as a photograph of a specific person, place or event, treat it as an illustration: the people in it may not be members of our team or our workers, and it doesn't show a real client's facility.
We don't use your personal information, or photographs of you, to create these images. If we ever want to show a photograph of you or your facility on this website, we'll ask for your permission first.
12. Visitors outside the United States
We offer our services only in Michigan, and your information is stored in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is handled under this policy and United States law.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this policy and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If a change matters, we'll make it clear on this page.
