RHO Hiring has three owners: Vadym Makovey and Jackson Siersma, its co-founders, and George Makovey, its CEO. They run the company from its office in Southfield, which RHO shares with its sister companies, RCO Cleaning and RMO Mitigation & Restoration. The story of RHO Hiring explains what the name stands for.
Vadym sums up how the company operates in a nutshell: "We, as owners, come in and work directly with our clients." That's a decision about how RHO operates. Owners are involved in opening new accounts, they learn the ins and outs of every facility and they are available after the first shift ends.
George established the standard our workers from RHO are held to: "We strive to provide the best employees to every client." This is what the management team screens potential workers and matches them to, and what we invite our clients to hold us accountable to, along with the six values we work by.

Where will you see the owners?
These are the points in an account where the owners are directly involved.
The first conversation
Your roles, your shifts, your volume and what hasn't worked with staffing before.
Setting up your account
With the management team, the owners work out how your facility will be staffed: which workers, what shifts they'll work, how they'll be trained for your facility and who will run your account.
Visiting your facility
The owners walk through to see the work for themselves and discuss with your supervisors how the workers are performing.
Big changes
Whether it's a new line, peak season, added shift or new location, the owners help plan the staffing for it.
Being reachable
Call (248) 843-0000 and request to speak to an owner. Or schedule an appointment to meet us at our Southfield office. Meetings by appointment only.
How RHO is organized
Work on every account is divided among three teams. They each have distinct responsibilities, so you will always know who does what.
Owners
Define the standard, deal directly with clients and step in when an account needs intervention from the top.
Management team
Screen and match workers, onboard them for your site, manage call-offs and schedule changes and be on your account to resolve issues quickly. Your manager is your daily point of contact.
Workers on assignment
All workers are screened for reliability and attention to detail. They receive safety training prior to beginning work. Over 100 of them are currently working around Michigan.
