Today we supply dependable workers to warehouses, factories and production floors across Michigan. We are building the teams, systems and partnerships to bring our temporary staffing, temp-to-hire and workforce management services to Canada in the future.
RHO Hiring currently serves employers in Michigan, and this page describes our planned expansion to Canada.
Temporary staffing
Seasonal peaks, new contracts and call-offs on the night shift hit warehouses, distribution centres and plants in Canada just as they do in Michigan. We plan to supply general labourers, warehouse workers and production workers for day, night and weekend shifts, matched to how each floor runs.
Temp-to-hire
A few weeks on the floor show how someone really works. In our planned temp-to-hire service, a worker starts on a temporary assignment, and if the fit is right, the employer can hire them onto its own payroll on terms agreed before the first shift.
Workforce management
Our workforce software tracks attendance, fill, turnover and overtime by shift and department, and your manager goes through the numbers with you. On larger accounts, RHO supervisors on site handle check-in, attendance, onboarding and cover for call-offs. We plan to offer both in Canada.
About our expansion plans
RHO Hiring is based in Southfield, Michigan, and supplies workers to warehouses, factories, food plants and cannabis facilities across the state. We are locally owned, and our owners work directly with clients. When an employer calls, a manager usually gets back to them within a couple of hours, and a dedicated management team stays on each account.
We are developing a plan to offer the same services in Canada. Before taking on any work there, we are putting the foundations in place: structured operations, a trained team, local partners and a working knowledge of Canadian employment standards and workplace safety rules.

Prepared workers
Before anyone starts, we learn each floor's workflow, shifts and pace. We plan to keep the practice we follow in Michigan: workers screened for reliability and trained on safety before their first shift.
Support
Each client will have a dedicated management team and one manager to call. In Michigan, that manager usually gets back to clients within a couple of hours, and we will hold every new market to the same standard.
